Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards: Our Favourite Finalists from This Year’s Competition (PHOTOS)

The Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards—an annual competition founded by professional photographers and passionate conservationists Paul Joynson
Hicks and Tom Sullam
—have released the best images to have entered this year’s competition.

In addition to
showcasing the funny side of the Earth’s most amazing wildlife, these awards also aim to highlight the
extremely important message of wildlife conservation in an engaging and
positive way.

The category and
overall winners for this year’s competition will be announced on
October 22; in the meantime, members of the public also get the chance to choose a winner for the P
eople’s Choice Award by casting their vote on The Comedy Wildlife
Photography Awards website.

As the awards continue to bang the drum for conservation and encourage everyone to do their bit for the planet, here are some of our favourite picks from this year’s top entries:
